Look below at the two images to compare the Active Inventory and Sold totals for the months of February 2020 and March 2019 as compared to March 2020
Typically the Active inventory account for Single Family Homes in Aliso Viejo varies between 50-70 homes for sale.
For Attached properties the typical quantity of homes for sale is 70-90 properties for sale.
For the March Trend obviously the Active homes for sale has dropped 23% to 42 Active properties where Attached homes dropped to 42 which is a 52.3% drop in inventory.
You will see the number of Active homes go up over the next couple of months but note that in the first 24 days of April there were 23 Single Family Sales of which 20 Sold in under 16 days.
YES, we are still in a Seller Market in Aliso Viejo until the quantity of Active Homes for Sale triples.
